Evergrande Auto Announces Sale of 20% Equity Interest in Subsidiary

Evergrande Auto announced that it will sell 20% of its subsidiary's equity for a total consideration of 60 million Swedish kronor (approximately 43.78 million Hong Kong dollars). After the sale is completed, the total loss is expected to be approximately 23.8 million Swedish kronor (approximately 17.37 million Hong Kong dollars).
