Data from a third-party research organization shows that in January 2025, Chinese manufacturers took the top three positions in terms of activation volume in the Chinese mainland mobile phone market. In terms of activation volume, Huawei had 6.3481 million units, with a market share of 19.3%, Xiaomi had 5.7053 million units, with a market share of 17.34%, and vivo had 5.4817 million units, with a market share of 16.66%. OPPO ranked fourth and Apple ranked fifth. Among the top five manufacturers, Xiaomi grew by 42.49% year-on-year, the fastest growth rate and far ahead of other manufacturers. Apple rarely experienced negative year-on-year growth.
