The transfer will not be conducted through centralized bidding or block trading, and the transferee is an institutional investor with pricing power and risk tolerance. The transferred shares shall not be further transferred within 6 months after the transfer. Beta Metric Limited and Wuxi Yuanhe Zhongyuan Youneng Venture Capital Partnership plan to transfer 27.6616 million shares respectively, each accounting for 0.75% of the company's total share capital.
