In order to implement the deployment of the construction of Beijing International Science and Technology Innovation Center and build a Beijing Future Digital Space Innovation Experimental Zone with global influence based on Shougang Park in Shijingshan District, the "Several Measures on Supporting the Construction of Beijing Future Digital Space Innovation Experimental Zone (Draft for Comments)" was recently publicly solicited for comments. It is proposed to appropriately advance the layout of digital industry infrastructure. Support the city-level public computing power trading platform and other resources to tilt to the experimental zone, and provide free computing power and other preferential services for special needs of start-ups, creative teams, etc. to meet the computing power needs of industrial development. Support the establishment of a trusted digital asset service platform to form digital assets such as games, film and television, cultural tourism, and cultural and museums, and provide supporting digital asset circulation, title confirmation, and rights protection services. Support the construction of cultural public facilities such as interactive experience and digital performances in municipal public spaces; introduce national and Beijing key laboratories to enhance the technical support capabilities of key industrial directions. Promote the construction of common technology platforms and technical adaptability research and development in digital fields such as audio-visual, rendering engines, virtual reality, and interactive equipment for industrial applications; build a large model training base for vertical categories of film and television games, tap advantage teams, and develop AI-assisted creation tools.
