A-share midday review: ChiNext Index fell 0.73% in half a day, AI glasses concept stocks rose collectively
The three major A-share indices fell collectively in the morning. As of midday, the Shanghai Composite Index fell 0.16%, the Shenzhen Component Index fell 0.2%, the ChiNext Index fell 0.72%, and the Beijing Stock Exchange 50 Index rose 1.97%. The market's half-day turnover was 1,149.3 billion yuan, an increase of 80.8 billion yuan from the previous day. More than 2,200 stocks fell in the market. In terms of sector themes, AI glasses, biomedicine, silicone, consumer electronics, and food retail sectors led the gains; games, photovoltaic equipment, cloud computing, and power sectors led the declines. On the market, the AI glasses sector strengthened in the morning, and many stocks such as Gemtech, Xingxing Technology, Shengli Precision, Yingtong Communications, and Yidao Information hit the daily limit. On the news, the China Academy of Information and Communications Technology officially launched a special test for AI glasses. CRO and innovative drug sectors performed actively, with many stocks such as Tigermed, Zhaoyan Pharmaceutical, Northco, Kanglong Chemical, and Weilan Bio rising. Silicone concept stocks moved up during the session, and Yuanxiang New Materials and Hongbo New Materials closed the board and hit the daily limit. The photovoltaic equipment sector lagged behind in early trading, with many stocks including King Kong Photovoltaic, Aixu Technology, Tongwei Co., Ltd., JA Solar Technology, and Shuangliang Energy Saving falling.
