Analyst: iPhone 16E is expected to contribute 10% of Apple's revenue in fiscal 2025
Gene Munster, a well-known technology analyst and partner at Deepwater Management, expects Apple's revenue to grow in fiscal 2025, driven by the newly launched iPhone 16E. Munster also predicts that the 16E will account for about 10% of Apple's revenue, exceeding the current 7% contribution of the SE model. He believes that this incremental revenue may exceed Wall Street's current expectations of 1% revenue growth for iPhone in fiscal 2025. He expects that revenue growth is more likely to exceed 3%. Munster pointed out that the 16E will be the first iPhone to use Apple's own cellular modem chip, a move that will free Apple from Qualcomm's shackles.
