Hong Kong stocks continued to rise, with the Hang Seng Tech Index up 4% and the Hang Seng Index up nearly 3%. Technology stocks, chip stocks and communications stocks strengthened. Hua Hong Semiconductor (01347.HK) rose more than 8%, Meituan (03690.HK) and SMIC (00981.HK) rose more than 6%.
