Asia Tech Wire (June 26) -- Japanese memory chip maker Kioxia plans to submit a preliminary application to list on the Tokyo Stock Exchange in the coming days, according to Reuters.

Citing people familiar with the matter, the report said the company plans to file a full application in August and list in late October.

However, the report mentioned that Kioxia may delay its listing until December.
