Asia Tech Wire (Aug 2) -- LG CNS, an IT services company owned by South Korea's LG Group, is planning a Seoul IPO as early as next year, according to Bloomberg.

Citing people familiar with the matter, the report said LG CNS is preparing for an IPO in South Korea as early as 2025.

However, a representative of LG CNS said the company has not yet decided on the timing of an IPO.
