Asia Tech Wire (Oct 25) -- Chinese battery giant Gotion High-tech Co. Ltd (002074.SZ) announced Friday that it has signed more than 4GWh of new energy projects in Australia.
Gotion High-tech disclosed that in the past two days, its Australian subsidiary has brought a variety of automotive and energy storage battery cell products to All-Energy Australia.
At the Melbourne Convention and Exhibition Centre (MCEC), Gotion High-tech signed contracts with Australian developers in the new energy field, intending to carry out in-depth cooperation on large-scale energy storage and other new energy projects, and the scale of future cooperation is expected to exceed 4GWh.
In addition, the company revealed that it also secured sales orders and annual pre-sale agreements for its mobile energy storage charging piles at the exhibition.
Gotion High-tech said that the mobile energy storage charging piles have been sold to the U.S., Japan, Germany, Singapore, Thailand, the Netherlands, Indonesia and other countries and regions.
