Asian Tech Press (Nov 16) -- Disney +, Disney's streaming platform, is now available in Hong Kong for HK$73 (US$9.37) per month.
According to the official introduction, Disney+ is a collection of Disney, Pixie, Marvel, Star Wars, National Geographic and Star entertainment, with over 1,200 movies and 16,000 episodes, including:
- A variety of hit movies, nostalgia and classics.
- Exclusive new original movies, episodes, documentaries and shorts from Disney, Pixar, Marvel, Star Wars, National Geographic and Star.
- A growing collection of exclusive original content from the Asia-Pacific region, including movies, dramas, variety shows and animation from Korea, Japan and Greater China.
- Most content from Disney Channel and Disney Junior.
Disney+ can be viewed on the following devices:
- Web browsers (Chrome, Edge, Firefox, Internet Explorer and Safari)
- Smartphones and tablets (Android and iOS)
- Game consoles (PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox One and Xbox Series X/S)
- Smart TVs and connected TV devices (Google TV and other Android TV OS, Apple TV 4K and Apple TV HD, Chromecast, Hisense TV with the latest firmware versions, LG TV, Panasonic 4K TV with My Home Screen OS and Samsung Smart TVs running Tizen OS (2016 or later models))
Most Disney+ movies will be available with Chinese subtitles and select movies will be available with Cantonese dubbing.
