Xiaomi acquires self-driving company DeepMotion

Xiaomi has reportedly acquired DeepMotion, a self-driving technology company.

DeepMotion will have a team of up to 20 people joining Xiaomi. The move may lay the foundation for Xiaomi's auto self-driving technology development.

Xiaomi's PR department said it was unsure about the acquisition, while DeepMotion has not yet responded.
