Wanda Group claims to have fully withdrawn from the board of directors of AMC, with a cumulative recovery of $1.476 billion

Wanda Group announced on Sunday that it has fully withdrawn from the board of directors of U.S. theater operator AMC Entertainment Holdings Inc. as of May 2021, retaining only a minority stake in AMC, with a cumulative recovery of $1.476 billion. Up to now, all of Wanda Group's overseas investments exited with gains. (Reuters)
