TSMC to produce chips for Apple using 3nm process in the second half of 2022

According to media reports, after mass production of the 5nm process and OEM of advanced processors for customers such as Apple, chip foundry TSMC is also pushing ahead with mass production of the advanced 4nm and 3nm processes.

In terms of the 3nm process, TSMC has prepared four batches of capacity. Most of the first batch of capacity will be reserved for Apple, and the last 3 batches will be booked by Celeris, Nvidia, AMD, and other manufacturers.
