TSMC said to join Intel, AMD sanctions against Russia

Asian Tech Press (Feb 28) -- TSMC is rumored to have joined Intel, AMD and other chipmakers in sanctioning Russia and has completely stopped supplying to the country and its upstream vendors.

Taiwan's Economic Daily News reported that TSMC, Intel and AMD are rumored to have responded after the U.S.-led countries imposed export controls on Russia.

In response to rumors of a suspension of shipments to Russia, TSMC reiterated Sunday that the company has always followed regulations.
