MediaTek announces Dimensity 9000 5G chipset built on TSMC 4nm process

Asian Tech Press (Nov 19) -- MediaTek officially announced the Dimensity 9000, its next-generation flagship 5G SOC, which uses TSMC's 4nm process + Armv9 architecture combination and is equipped with MediaTek's fifth-generation Al processor APU, which is four times more energy efficient than the previous generation.
