Apple supplier TSMC to start mass production of A15 chip for iPhone 13

Reports say that Apple supplier TSMC plans to mass-produce the A15 chip. And the mass production will begin at the end of May as planned.

The iPhone 13 will use the A15 chip, based on the TSMC’s enhanced 5nm process technology, which debuted in the 2020 iPad Air and the A14 Bionic of the iPhone 12 series.
