Asian Tech Press (OCT 28) -- Sony has officially announced that Apple Music is on the PS5 platform, and the PS5 is the first console to support Apple Music. Players who subscribe to this service will be able to listen to 90 million songs, watch 4K MV, access playlists, Apple Music Radio on PS5.

PS5 and Apple Music seamlessly stream to play background music and music videos. Even during gameplay, users can play background music. Users can push the PS button to access the control center to select the music feature during gameplay. In addition, Apple Music will provide recommended music that matches the running game, and players will be able to choose their music library.

Apple Music is already the second Apple app to land on PS5 after Apple TV. Earlier this year, Sony extended the partnership by offering PS5 users a free six-month Apple TV Plus membership.
