Today, the application for the production license (PC) of the "Land Carrier" flight body (code name: X3-F) of Xiaopeng Huitian was officially accepted by the Civil Aviation Administration of Central and Southern China, marking the beginning of the review of the mass production system of flying car products by the authority. It is reported that on March 21 last year, after the application for type certification of the "Land Carrier" flight body was officially accepted, Xiaopeng Huitian insisted on taking civil aviation regulations as the benchmark and actively cooperated with the review team to carry out the review work. At present, the TC review has entered the stage of conformity confirmation. The acceptance of the production license PC certification is a key step for Xiaopeng Huitian to mass-produce delivery. Xiaopeng Huitian stated that it will continue to actively cooperate with the authority to carry out type qualification and production license certification work, and strive to ensure mass production and delivery in 2026. At present, the assembly workshop, painting workshop, connection workshop and composite workshop of the Xiaopeng Huitian Flying Car Intelligent Manufacturing Base have been capped, and the completion rate of the mass production factory has reached 70%, which is scheduled to be completed in the fourth quarter of this year.
