Lei Jun, Chairman of Xiaomi Group, announced at the 15th anniversary strategic new product launch conference that the Xuanjie O1 flagship processor was independently developed and designed by Xiaomi, using the second-generation 3nm advanced process, 19 billion transistors, a chip area of only 109mm², and a laboratory running score of over 3 million, with first-tier performance.
