The target assets of this transaction include A customer business and non-A customer business. After the transaction is completed, Kunming Wenxun and other companies will become subsidiaries of Luxshare Precision, and Wuxi Wingtech and other business asset packages will become business assets of Luxshare Precision or its subsidiaries.
