On July 8, the "Automotive Intelligent Driving Technology and Industry Development White Paper" was jointly released by the China Automotive Technology Research Center, Tsinghua University and Huawei. The white paper systematically expounds the future development prospects of the intelligent driving industry from a macro perspective, covering concepts related to intelligent driving, technology evolution paths, industrialization implementation solutions, diversified application scenarios, full-dimensional security system construction, coordinated development of the industrial ecosystem and future trend analysis, covering the L0-L5 driving automation full-scenario functional system defined by the GB/T 40429-2021 standard. The white paper clarifies that "intelligent driving" is a popular term, which does not simply refer to assisted driving functions, nor does it represent autonomous driving functions.
