U.S. stocks open: three major indexes rise and fall, Dow opens more than 1% lower

At the opening of the US stock market, the Dow Jones Industrial Average fell 1.23%, the S&P 500 rose 0.35%, and the Nasdaq rose 0.53%. TSMC rose more than 2%, and its Q1 net profit increased by 60% year-on-year, exceeding expectations. Eli Lilly rose 14%. The company released data on its weight loss drug study, and participants lost an average of 16 pounds at the highest dose. UnitedHealth fell 17% as the company lowered its annual profit forecast.
