Typhoon No. 10 "Bailu" has no impact on my country's sea areas

Typhoon Bailu, the tenth typhoon of the year, formed this morning (August 3rd) in the ocean south of Japan. At 11:00 AM, its center was located about 270 kilometers southeast of Tokyo, Japan, with maximum winds near the center reaching Force 8 (18 meters per second). Bailu is expected to move rapidly northeastward at 35 kilometers per hour, with minimal change in intensity. Bailu will have no impact on Chinese waters in the future.
