According to China Airlines, Taiwan's China Airlines held a board meeting on December 19 and approved a plan to introduce passenger and cargo aircraft, including 10 Airbus A350-1000 passenger aircraft, 10 Boeing 777-9 passenger aircraft and 4 777-8F freighters. The new fleet is expected to be delivered starting in 2029 and will be put into long-haul passenger and cargo route services in North America and Europe in the future.
