TSMC's 2nm chip production yield reaches over 60%, expected to enter mass production next year, sources say

TSMC plans to start mass production of 2nm chips next year, according to wccftech. The company has already conducted trial production at its plant in Hsinchu, and the results show that the yield of its 2nm process has reached more than 60%.
