The Shanghai Stock Exchange disclosed a disciplinary decision stating that Zhang Xuezheng, the actual controller of Wingtech Technology, and his controlling shareholders Wentianxia Technology Group Co., Ltd. and Fu Lina, who acted in concert, had the following violations in information disclosure and stock trading. (i) Concealing the relationship of acting in concert, resulting in major omissions in the company's relevant annual report; (ii) Failure to perform the obligation of tender offer in accordance with the law; (iii) Failure to disclose the reduction plan in advance as required and exceeding the proportion limit when reducing the shareholding. The Shanghai Stock Exchange made the following disciplinary decision: publicly condemning Zhang Xuezheng, the actual controller of Wingtech Technology Co., Ltd., and his controlling shareholders Wentianxia Technology Group Co., Ltd. and Fu Lina, who acted in concert.
