This initiative encourages the innovative application of basic models such as natural language models, visual models, and multimodal models in the advertising industry, intensifying the development of full-chain intelligent entities for the advertising industry. For projects that demonstrate independent innovation capabilities, achieve industry applications, and gain market recognition, both the municipal and district levels will provide support of up to 12 million yuan, in accordance with the management requirements of the city's special funds for guiding the development of the service industry. This initiative also supports innovation in new technologies and new business models for digital advertising. For digital advertising companies whose R&D expenses account for a certain percentage of revenue, eligible districts are encouraged to provide support of up to 5 million yuan, based on 10% to 50% of the company's R&D expenditure. Support for production factors for "AI + Digital Advertising" will be strengthened. Digital advertising companies that promote large-model advertising vertical applications through private deployment of third-party large models will receive subsidies of up to 50% of the approved contract value, totaling up to 5 million yuan. Digital advertising companies that purchase corpus from non-affiliated parties for the research and development and application of vertical advertising applications, intelligent bodies, etc. will be given a subsidy of up to 30% of the approved contract amount, up to a maximum of 5 million yuan.
