Paytm Singapore to sell PayPay stake to SoftBank for 41.9 billion yen

On December 7, according to the National Stock Exchange of India, Paytm Singapore has approved the sale of its PayPay stock acquisition rights (SAR) to SoftBank Vision Fund 2 entities for a net gain of 41.9 billion yen. The transaction values PayPay at 1.06 trillion yen. It is expected to be completed this month.
