Nvidia CEO Jensen Huang announced at the GTC2025 conference early this morning that Nvidia's Grace Blackwell solution has been fully put into production. The Grace Blackwell series includes multiple products, such as GB200 and B200, which are manufactured using TSMC's 4nm process and have up to 208 billion transistors. Huang Renxun also demonstrated data center racks from various manufacturers using Grace Blackwell, including Lenovo, Dell, Microsoft, Amazon AWS, Meta, Google, etc. Huang Renxun said that in his Blackwell supercomputer, there are about 20 car parts to demonstrate the high integration of the computer.
