Moutai and Wuliangye call for formal channels to purchase liquor
With the "Double 11" (Singles' Day) shopping festival approaching, several liquor companies, including Moutai and Wuliangye, are urging consumers to purchase their liquor through legitimate channels. Recently, Yibin Wuliangye Co., Ltd. published a "Notice to Wuliangye Consumers (IV)" on the Wuliangye Group's official website. This is Wuliangye's fourth notice to consumers since November 2024. The company also announced its latest authorized e-commerce sales channels. Wuliangye issued similar notices during last year's "Double 11" shopping festival and this year's "618" shopping festival. Unlike the previous three sales events, this time, Wuliangye directly named 46 unofficial authorized stores across six major platforms: 17 on Douyin, 4 on JD.com, 9 on Kuaishou, 3 on Meituan, 8 on Pinduoduo, and 5 on Tmall and Taobao. According to the statement, Wuliangye's authorized e-commerce sales channels include its own official stores on multiple e-commerce platforms, as well as stores on JD.com, Tmall, Douyin, Kuaishou, and other platforms. Not only Wuliangye, Moutai also recently issued consumption tips and announced the online and offline sales channels of Kweichow Moutai.
