Microsoft announced in a blog post on September 9 that it will require employees to work in the office at least three days a week starting next year. Microsoft Chief People Officer Amy Coleman said the policy will be rolled out in three phases: first with employees in the Puget Sound region, then with employees in other U.S. locations and international employees.
