"The company has paid attention to the media information about the so-called patent infringement sued by JinkoSolar, but has not received the relevant legal documents on this matter," a person in charge of relevant matters said.

The person added, "The firm is one of the companies with the most patents in the photovoltaic field, has a relatively complete layout in various technical fields, and respects the intellectual property rights of other companies."

The people from LONGi said, "The company will actively investigate and respond, and will also file a counterclaim against TOPCon and other technical series products when necessary."
