LONGi Green Energy announced that according to the business development needs of the company and its wholly-owned subsidiaries, it is expected that the total amount of new guarantees provided by the company to its wholly-owned subsidiaries, mutual guarantees between wholly-owned subsidiaries, and guarantees provided by wholly-owned companies to the company will not exceed RMB 50 billion in 2025. Among them, the new amount of guarantees provided to guarantee objects with an asset-liability ratio of 70% or more will not exceed RMB 40 billion, and the new amount of guarantees provided to guarantee objects with an asset-liability ratio of less than 70% will not exceed RMB 10 billion.
