LG Energy Solution released its second quarter 2025 financial report on July 25, showing that the consolidated revenue was 5.6 trillion won, a decrease of 11.2% from the previous month; the operating profit was 492.2 billion won, an increase of 31.4% from the previous month. LG Energy Solution said that the company will continue to expand its energy storage battery business in North America, striving to achieve an annual production capacity of more than 30GWh in North America by the end of 2026. In Europe, the company will start mass production of low- and mid-end battery products, such as high-voltage nickel and lithium iron phosphate (LFP) batteries, at its Polish factory in the second half of this year.
