JinkoSolar sues LONGi for patent infringement

Chinese solar panel maker JinkoSolar has sued rival LONGi in the Nanchang Intermediate People's Court.

JinkoSolar is demanding that LONGi immediately stop infringing on the relevant invention patents and pay compensation for financial losses.

According to the latest news, the court has received JinkoSolar's complaint and decided to file a case for trial.

However, there is no more information about the invention patents in question.

To this, a LONGi staff member responded on Friday afternoon, saying, "I just saw the relevant content, and the specific information is still being verified and understood internally."
