After the completion of this capital increase, the registered capital of Wanxin Integrated will increase from 50.001 million yuan to 9.589 billion yuan. The company's equity ratio in Wanxin Integrated has changed to 43.75%, and it is still the largest shareholder and maintains control over Wanxin Integrated. This transaction will not result in changes to the scope of the company's consolidated financial statements.
