"JD isn't pursuing a one-sided campaign-style AI, but rather AI that is sustainable and truly creates value for the industry." Xu Ran revealed that JD's next-generation shopping and lifestyle service portal, the "Jingxi" app, will launch in October. The app will integrate AI technology into the entire shopping process.
