Intensifying efforts to give back to investors, the number of companies disclosing interim dividends on the Shanghai Stock Exchange increased by 354% year-on-year
The latest data disclosed by the Shanghai Stock Exchange shows that the enthusiasm of Shanghai-listed companies for mid-year and quarterly dividends has increased significantly this year. According to statistics, as of now, there are 481 companies in the Shanghai Stock Exchange that have disclosed mid-term dividends in 2024, an increase of 354% year-on-year, and the amount of dividends reached 574.9 billion yuan, an increase of 184% year-on-year. Some companies have paid dividends twice or even three times this year. Among them, Linglong Tire disclosed dividend plans in the first quarter, mid-term, and third quarter reports this year, with cash dividends per share of 0.091 yuan, 0.1 yuan, and 0.162 yuan, respectively. In addition, Shanghai-listed companies such as Kweichow Moutai, China Nuclear Power, Will Group, China Power, and Anjing Foods have all launched dividends twice this year.
