Hot Chinese stocks rose before the US market opened

Before the US stock market opened, TSMC rose 0.4%, with revenue in March up 46.5% year-on-year and first-quarter revenue higher than expected. Apple and Nvidia fell 2.5%. Popular Chinese stocks rose, with Ctrip up nearly 5%, Alibaba up 2.5%, and Pinduoduo up 1.7%.
