At the close of Hong Kong stocks, the Hang Seng Index closed down 0.04%, while the Hang Seng Technology Index closed up 0.69%. Kingsoft Cloud surged 37.80%, ZTE rose more than 13%, Xiaomi Group and SMIC rose more than 4%, and Weimob Group rose more than 3%.
