Hong Kong Stocks Midday Review: Hang Seng Index rose 1.81% and Hang Seng Technology Index rose 2.78%

At the close of Hong Kong stocks at noon, the Hang Seng Index rose 1.81%, and the Hang Seng Technology Index rose 2.78%. Changfei Optical Fiber and Cable rose 25%, UBTECH rose more than 13%, ZTE rose more than 7%, and Xiaomi Group rose more than 5%.
