At the close of Hong Kong stocks at noon, the Hang Seng Index rose 0.12%, and the Hang Seng Technology Index rose 1.20%. Kingsoft Cloud rose more than 33%, SMIC and Li Auto rose more than 7%, and Xiaomi Group rose more than 5%.
