Hong Kong Stocks Midday Review: Hang Seng Index rose 0.09% Hang Seng Technology Index rose 0.17%

At the close of Hong Kong stocks at noon, the Hang Seng Index rose 0.09% and the Hang Seng Technology Index rose 0.17%. SMIC rose more than 4%, Xiaomi Group and NetEase rose more than 2%; Xpeng Motors and Bilibili fell more than 3%.
