Hong Kong Stocks Midday Review: Hang Seng Index closed down 0.74%; Kingsoft Cloud surged over 34%

The Hang Seng Index closed down 0.74% at noon, and the Tech Index closed down 0.67%. The industrial and pharmaceutical sectors led the decline, with JD Health falling nearly 7%. Semiconductor and AI concepts rose, with SMIC rising nearly 8% and Kingsoft Cloud soaring more than 34%.
