Hong Kong Stock Midday Review: Hang Seng Index rose 0.93%, Hang Seng Technology Index rose 1.91%

At the close of Hong Kong stocks at noon, the Hang Seng Index rose 0.93% and the Hang Seng Technology Index rose 1.91%. Apple concept stocks led the gains, with Sunny Optical Technology rising more than 10% and AAC Technologies rising more than 9%. The innovative drug sector led the decline, with Ascletis Pharmaceuticals-B falling more than 8% and BeiGene falling more than 7%.
