On August 6th, Google pledged to invest $1 billion over three years to support artificial intelligence education, vocational training programs, and research in the United States. Google also announced the launch of the Google AI for Education Accelerator program, which aims to provide free AI training and Google professional certificates to all American college students. Google stated that over 100 public universities, including the University of Michigan and Ohio State University, have signed up.
