Feng Xingya, chairman and general manager of GAC Group, said on June 20 that now is not the best time for GAC Aion to go public. The most important thing at present is to increase the valuation of GAC Aion and find the right time to carry out capital operations, which may include continuing to promote listing or group acquisition. Regarding the recent issues related to employee stock ownership, Feng Xingya said that there may be many channels for employees to exit in the future. In addition to listing or group acquisition, they can also obtain corporate dividends as shareholders. "There is no problem in paying employees' interest and principal at present. If there are difficulties, the company will try its best to help." In addition, for the future of Aion, Feng Xingya revealed that GAC will continue to inject high-quality resources into GAC Aion, including the Haobo brand. Next, Aion plans to create a new category for taxis (B-end), Aion focuses on the C-end, and Haobo is positioned as a high-end brand of new energy vehicles.
