Foxconn: Indian subsidiary acquires a batch of machinery and equipment from Apple, transaction amount is about US$32.258 million

On the evening of April 1, Hon Hai announced that its subsidiary Foxconn Hon Hai Technology India Mega Development Private Limited had obtained a batch of machinery and equipment from Apple from October 25, 2024 to date, with a transaction amount of approximately US$32.258 million, mainly for operational needs. On the same day, it announced that its subsidiary Ingrasys (Singapore) Pte. Ltd. increased its capital in Vietnam's Fulian Precision Technology Component by US$23.4 million, mainly for long-term investment.
