Hon Hai pointed out that for long-term investment, it will invest in Foxconn New Business Development Group Co., Ltd. through its subsidiary Hon Fujin Precision Electronics (Zhengzhou) Co., Ltd., and Foxconn New Business Development Group Co., Ltd. will then invest in Foxconn New Energy Battery (Zhengzhou) Co., Ltd.
